It’s the end of the first week of 2012, and all of us at Smith Monitoring can already tell it’s going to be a great year for us! We had a phenomenal year in 2011, but this year we are committed to even more growth while taking the time to maintain the values and care that have made us successful so far. Here are a few of the things we’re looking forward to in 2012:
Connecting better with our customers. We’ve got a great group of people on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and other social media sites, because we’re placing a priority on customer interaction. We want to make sure that our customers have a variety of avenues to reach us, and for us to reach them as well. Our hope is that people will think of us as their favorite alarm company not just our security systems protect them, but because we Tweeted back when they had a question. Be sure to keep up with us to know about special things going on with Smith and our followers!
Offering the latest and best alarm systems. Our home automation systems are marvelous pieces of technology, with fantastic energy efficiency and user-friendliness. But in keeping with our commitment to growth, we’re continually updating our product offerings. We recently added the TS1 panel to our lineup (read our press release here), and we’re not stopping there!
Improving our customer service. We’re very excited to be a top-reviewed alarm systems company, and one of the consistent remarks in our reviews is that our customer service is great. But we’re not satisfied with great; we want to be the best. So we’re going to place even more emphasis on giving our customers the best experience. Whether they’re calling for information or completing an installation, our goal is that every person is completely satisfied and ecstatic about our services.
We know that you the most important part of our success. Without our customers, we wouldn’t be in business. That is why we are dedicated to striving constantly to make sure that you are as happy to be with us as we are to be serving you. Thank you from all of us at Smith Monitoring!
